By accessing or using Eldendle (available at eldendle.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of Eldendle.
2. Description of Service
Eldendle is a free, browser-based daily trivia and guessing game offering seven game modes: Classic, Quote, Ability, Splash, Emoji, Lore, and Map Mode, plus three Nightreign modes. No account creation is required. The service is supported by Google AdSense display advertising. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
3. Third-Party Intellectual Property Disclaimer
Eldendle is an unofficial, unauthorized fan project. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with FromSoftware, Inc. or Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. in any way. All Elden Ring intellectual property — including but not limited to character names, artwork, lore, dialogue, game mechanics, and the Elden Ring trademark — is owned exclusively by FromSoftware, Inc. and Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. Eldendle will comply promptly with any legitimate intellectual property takedown requests from the rights holders.
4. User Conduct
Users may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from Eldendle. Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service. Users may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
5. Third-Party Services
Eldendle uses Google AdSense (Google LLC) for display advertising, Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, and Google Analytics for aggregated usage statistics. Your use of Eldendle is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these third-party services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Eldendle is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eldendle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
